Six Months of Baby Dominic

I love this boy! His personality is so vibrant now.

Wow six months! Since posting his four month update, we have really seen Dominic's personality become more apparent. This has been the magic month of really feeling like we know and understand Dom so much better.

It has been interesting getting to know this boy because his personality is so different than his brother's was as a baby. I know I shouldn't compare the two, but I can't help it because it's so fascinating to see. While J was a very easy to read baby and generally happy all the time, Dominic is a baby of extremes it feels like.

He sometimes is so needy, but he isn't stubborn. He is generally sleeping through the night--through the cry it out method which only takes a few minutes of crying--like less than ten. Not so with J. He doesn't fight naps either.

He gets upset easier, but is also easier to get to full on laugh. His laughter is the best. Classic baby whole hearted laughter. J would just grunt laugh haha.

He loves nothing more than being held and snuggling, but he also loves to roll around now playing with anything and everything.

Despite the extremes, he is the sweetest thing who loves his family. He thinks his brother is the funniest and he adores his papi. Here are two pictures showing two of his favorite things: his brother and kisses--open mouthed of course.
