Superbowl Monday

I wish it could always be Superbowl Monday. Because of the fact that the Superbowl aired on Monday morning, my husband had the day off. Pretty silly to have it off for for football game, but I am not complaining one little bit. 

We watched most of the game, but I really wanted to get out of the house because it was a beautiful day, so we left during the power outage. 

We saw another castle, our third. I am learning more and more about this little island. There used to be multiple warring kingdoms on the island which is why there are castle ruins everywhere. This castle, Katsuren castle was used until it was defeated by the Shuri kingdom (that castle is here). I can see why they would all fight over this place: it's gorgeous! Katsuren castle sits at the top of a hill with a premium view of the Pacific Ocean all around. 

It's even more beautiful in person. I wish I could bottle up that weather to last all year long. I don't want it to get any hotter!
